Growth – At EquusLibrium we believe that Growth is a key component to a healthy life. Whether you are wanting to grow as a professional through supervision, professional consultation, or EMDR specific consultation we seek to help you find where you are meant to be planted and how to find the space for becoming your optimal self. As a therapy client, I work with you to help you build the life you want to have and become the person you are meant to be.
Balance – Too much of anything is a bad thing. Finding balance is about having the space to focus and push through the hard, while also stopping to celebrate the wins. It involves finding what is an optimal balance for your life while drowning out the noise that tells you how your life should be lived. We work together to help you find your optimal balance for a healthy life.
Curiosity – By being curious we remove judgement. Patterns in our lives were developed for a reason, we can be curious about where these started to help with finding healing and engaging in a journey to determine what this looks like for you.
About EquusLibrium
At EquusLibrium, PC we seek to help create balance one person at a time. Helping you to find your optimal space for growth, reducing the impact of past events which hold you back, creating a space of curiosity to explore options. Mental, emotional, and professional growth is not one-size-fits all, it takes trying different ways of interacting and engaging with yourself and others to find what works best.
By setting clear goals – therapeutically or professionally – we work to create a path that is optimal for you.
